SUBMISSION

Please pay careful attention to the AMSE2024 guidelines for abstract submission. Abstracts sent by mail, e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The submitter does not necessarily have to be the primary author. Once the submission deadline has passed, abstracts can only be withdrawn in writing

REVIEW

All abstracts submitted by July  31st 2024 (23:59 EEST) will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers. A submitted abstract may be considered for Oral Presentation or E-Poster

SELECTION

Authors will be notified of the status of their abstract by 20th August 2024 (23:59 EEST)

Guidelines for Abstracts Submission

Kindly note that abstracts that do not fulfil the guidelines listed below will not be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

ABSTRACT RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The submitter certifies having the right to submit and present the study
  2. The submitter accepts responsibility for the accuracy and scientific content of the submitted abstract
  3. The submitter accepts to be the contact person for all correspondence about the abstract and to inform co-authors about its status
  4. The submitter confirms that all co-authors are aware of and agree to the content of the abstract and support the data presented
  5. Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the author to present the abstract in the format and the session decided upon by the AMSE2024 Organizing Committee. Any change in the presenting author needs to be communicated in the form of a written statement to the AMSE2024 Scientific Committee
  6. The presenting author must register to attend the conference as a condition of acceptance
  7. The official language of the congress is English and all abstracts should be prepared in English.
  8. Please note that after the evaluation of the abstracts, you will be notified about the acceptance and the type of presentation (oral presentation or e-poster) of your abstract.

ABSTRACT FORMAT

Your abstract should be approximately 300 words and include a maximum of 5 keywords. It should be written in single spacing, font Times New Roman, size 12, in a Microsoft word document. It should include presentation of the background, aims, methodology, results, analysis, and conclusions. Non-research papers have to be supported in a way which aids science and clinical practice. The official language of the congress is English and all abstracts should be prepared in English.

Title: Should be brief and in lower case except for acronyms, names, first letter and after colons. Please do not use commercial names, non-standard abbreviations or author names in the title.
Authors’ list: Please mention the following information for every co-author: Name, surname, scientific background, institution.
Structure: Abstracts can be running text or structured as follows:

  • Background: state why the study was done, the main aim and the nature of the study
  • Method: describe the methods used
  • Results: state the main findings
  • Conclusion: state the main conclusions, highlighting controversial or unexpected observations
  • Results: state the main findings
