Payment:
All payments are to be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary, to the order of VOYAGER TRAVEL & CONGRESS as follows. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent aſter receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Late registration fees will apply for any payments received aſter the stated deadline. Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite. Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancelation: Until 31st of August 2024: 100% refund (minus 20 Euro administration cost) - After the 1st of September 2024: No refund on cancellations.
All cancellations must be e-mailed to the Congress Secretariat.
